Terms of Service

The basis on which this website and the design services offered here are provided

Who these terms are with

Tphilautia Creative Studio, trading name of Theepiha Rani Sathavoo
Flat 6, One Newgate, Croydon, CR0 2FB
Email: studio@tphilautia.com

In these terms, “I” and “my” mean Tphilautia Creative Studio and “you” means the person using this website or ordering design work.

What these terms cover

They cover your use of this website and any design work you order from me — website design, mobile app design, product design, UX/UI design, logo and brand identity design, social media and graphic design.

They sit alongside your rights under UK consumer law. Nothing in these terms reduces those rights, and nothing in them excludes my liability where the law does not allow it to be excluded (for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

Enquiries, prices and orders

EnquiriesSending a message through the contact form, email or WhatsApp starts a conversation; it does not create a contract. A project is agreed once we have confirmed the scope, the price and the timescale together.
PricesPrices shown on this website are in pounds sterling and reflect the work as described. Prices marked “(from)” are starting prices and are confirmed after the initial project review. The total shown at checkout is the amount you pay.
OrderingDesign packages can be ordered through the website checkout. For work that does not fit a listed package, we agree the price directly before any work begins.
PaymentCard payments are taken through the website checkout, which is processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout and are never seen or stored by this website. Projects can also be agreed directly, in which case payment arrangements are confirmed in writing before work starts.

Delivery

The delivery date for your project is the one agreed in your written quote and confirmed on your order. I will tell you promptly if anything puts that date at risk. If no date has been agreed, the work will be delivered within a reasonable time.

The work is delivered digitally unless the quote says otherwise. Files are sent to the email address on your order, or shared through the delivery method named in the quote.

Cancellation and refunds

If you order online, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of placing the order, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. The 14 days run from the day the contract is entered into, not from the day the work is delivered.

To cancel, email studio@tphilautia.com. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of cancellation, and there is no cancellation fee. If something is wrong with the work delivered, tell me and I will put it right — a repair, a redo or a refund, as appropriate under your statutory rights.

If something is not right after delivery

Please report any issue within 14 days of delivery. I will correct, free of charge, work that does not match the agreed brief because of my error. Requests that change the agreed brief are new work and will be quoted separately. This does not limit your statutory rights.

Complaints

If you have a complaint, please email studio@tphilautia.com with your order reference and details of the issue. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days and aim to give you a full response within 14 days.

Alternative dispute resolution

Tphilautia Creative Studio is not a member of an alternative dispute resolution scheme. If you have a complaint that we have been unable to resolve, you can seek free advice from the Citizens Advice consumer helpline on 0808 223 1133 or at citizensadvice.org.uk.

Working together

What I need from youThe content, feedback and approvals needed to do the work — for example text, images, logos and brand assets. Please only send material you have the right to use.
TimescalesAny timescale we agree depends on receiving that material and your feedback. If either is delayed, the timescale shifts accordingly.
RevisionsThe number of revision rounds included is the one set out for the package you order, or agreed in writing for a bespoke project.

Content and intellectual property

The text, images, designs and code on this website belong to me and may not be copied or reused without my permission, except for the normal browsing and sharing of links.

Copyright in the designs I create for you is dealt with in the quote or project agreement for that work. Nothing here transfers ownership of my existing or earlier work.

Project images shown in my portfolio are used with permission. If you would prefer your project not to be shown, tell me and I will remove it.

Using this website

Please use the website as intended. Do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful. Payments, payments-related pages and order records must not be tampered with.

Some parts of the website link to services run by other companies — for example Stripe for payments and WhatsApp for messaging. Those services have their own terms, and I am not responsible for them.

Changes and governing law

I may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you place it. This version was last updated on 22 October 2026.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes can be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.

How I handle your personal information is set out in the Privacy Policy.
